Delivery and Shipping
Every order is packed by hand on the Australian coast. Here is what to expect once your parcel leaves us.
Australian delivery
- Standard shipping — $11 AUD flat rate
- Express shipping — $15 AUD flat rate
Orders are packed within 1 to 2 business days. Standard delivery usually lands within 3 to 7 business days, and Express within 1 to 3 business days, depending on how far you are from the coast.
Tracking your order
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as you order, and a second email with tracking details once your parcel is on its way. If tracking has not updated after a few days, it is usually just waiting to be scanned, but you are always welcome to check in with us.
Pre-orders
If your order includes a pre-order item, the whole order ships together once that piece arrives. The expected date is listed on the product page.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If something looks wrong, contact us straight away and we will fix it before your parcel leaves. Once it has shipped we cannot redirect it.
