Shipping policy

Every order is packed by hand on the Australian coast. Orders are packed within 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Australian delivery

Standard shipping is a flat $11 AUD and usually arrives within 3 to 7 business days. Express shipping is a flat $15 AUD and usually arrives within 1 to 3 business days.

Tracking

You'll get a confirmation email when you order, then a second email with tracking once your parcel ships. If tracking hasn't updated for a few days it's usually just waiting on a carrier scan, but you're welcome to check in with us.

Addresses and pre-orders

Please double-check your address at checkout. If it's wrong, contact us straight away and we'll fix it before dispatch, though we can't redirect a parcel once it's shipped. Orders containing a pre-order item ship together once that piece arrives.
